My car was stranded in deep snow and I needed a car quickly,a recovery truck was no good but it was safe to leave so hired car. Europcar Stoke gave me a great 4x4 SUV ( I booked Corsa) so bonus,,, price was great well cheaper than bigger competitor which isn't enterprising at all. Staff great and car spotless,drives great. A nice end to having to leave my car a few days. Will definitely use again

Fantastic service. I arrived and forgot my mask. No probs the manager supplied me with one. The lady I dealt with was brilliant and polite all sorted in no time and when I returned the car the lady there was also polite and fantastic. Great prices also. I’ll be using them again next week. Thank you

The local service was polite. Automatic car requested as I cannot put pressure on the clutch (damaged knee) MANUAL delivered. Call centre is so poor that I would give minus scores if it was possible. Europcar? Good luck I'd you are thinking of using them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I HIRed a car initially for 8 days to get to work. My circumstances changed and I didn't require it as long as expected. I telephoned the branch and asked if I returned it early I would get a refund. The manager, a woman said yes she would see what she could do. So I returned the car after I finished work she even said that she would work it out that it was returned that morning giving me an extra days refund. She gave me an invoice stating I should be entitled to 79.00. She said it'll take 7 to 10 working days. I telephoned customer services as I did not receive a refund only to be informed it is not their policy to issue refunds and it's states so in the terms and conditions (who has time to read them ). Anyhow they said I'd have a caseworker and they'd issue a claim with the branch . Still no refund. I'm so annoyed why didn't she tell me and I'd of kept the car it's just deceitful. I needed it for work and I work for the NHS and this is the thanks you get. Please don't use this company I never will again and I advise everyone not to use them. Extremely disgusted!! In response to the owner this was not about the deposit and someone apparently already looked into it with the Branch. It must be that she has denied I was owed anything. That's the only explanation I can think of.
