Really nice and hard working staff
After going in asking politely why we hadn't been contacted when staff members turn up for a viewing the individual I spoke to got very defensive, coming back with a statement that at least he'd told us the tenants weren't turning up. ((We didn't even know they were going to visit in the first place!!!!!!)) Then he had the audacity to say they didn't have our contact details to tell us. When he'd rang me just the day before asking if there was someone in the property. ((Not saying that they'd secured a viewing)). So, THANKS GREENPAD. FOR NOTHING. TRY TO ACTUALLY CONTACT PEOPLE NEXT TIME.
