Overall very good. Sent my camera for repair they quoted provisionally 90 but came back at 230 when they actually got the camera which is fair, as Canon direct were quoting a similar amount. They did the repair, got it back nearly perfect but had a small issue which they kindly repaired again. Got the camera back today and all good. I have used them before many years ago and still professional. Would recommend.

Camera went in for sensor clean, rang the day before and booked in for the following morning, I waited while it was done, amazing communication, super fast professional service and reasonably priced aswell. Shocking! You take your camera in with one problem and it's leaves with several more! Had to go back several times with issues that are very unprofessional. From now on I'll be cutting out the middle men and getting proper customer service from the manufacturer!! Absolutely shocking service. I would completely stay clear!
