Update: now the extra charges have been explained it is not a problem however not everyone reads or has time to read all the terms and conditions so I think that you should probably try and make your customers aware and make it abit more clear that they will be charged each time they register their card First time using this company today, and decided to use them as I could pay with card, so downloaded the app, put all my card details in and booked my taxi, was stated on screen what my quote was as that it would be debited from my card when exiting the taxi and I would be charged 0% extra. Taxi was on time and everything fine. However since checking my account I have had 3 charges to my card, one for the fare itself and then 2 separate ones of 1.01 this may not be a lot of money to some but the fact it states I would only be charged for the fare itself and then charged more is a disgrace. All these little payments add up so I certainly Won't be using again.
My husband left his phone in a taxi. I enquired.. The office were not helpful, in fact they were liars, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. The phone was moved from the back seat to the glove box. It was hidden! Disrespectful liars. Please be careful with this company!!

Mazda 6 390. CON charged me 2.00 tip FRAUD. I am going to contact the financial services on this company I contacted you on friday as soon as it happened no one from Intercity contacted me. You were not aware of the incident and believed this could not happen.
