I was very lucky to have Qasim hussain deal with my claim. I found him very polite and very professional. A couple of times i did not understand somethings regarding my claim he would ring me to explain (i remember one time he was on the phone to me for 30mins) most solicitors dont offer this kind of care and service. Ultimately thanks to Qasim's advice and efforts i got payed out.

All I can say is absolutely brilliant. The staff from the admin to the solicitors were great. They gave us the time and answered all questions. The advice and help we received was second to none. From the first day to the last they were punctual with all tasks and truly professional. I would happily use them again.
I felt that the agent I spoke with was very passive aggressive. I felt that the communication I had was very unproffesional. I was advised of calls backs, however never recieved them. It is incredibly disheatening knowing that people will approach these solicitors with sensitivie issues, however the support just isn't there.
Brilliant service with knowledgeable advice! They gave me honest service with pros and cons along each step of the way. They were constantly in contact with me and always got back to me promptly! Highly recommend!
