Great service, manager (I assume anyway) does his bit and serves always has a smile as do the rest of the staff. Good atmosphere and good food. Staff offer customer service for the sake of customer service whereas others in the intu hive are just doing it for tips (which is obvious). My opinion and my friends is, it's the best restaurant in the hive area.

I want to first start off with the atmosphere. It was dead. I guess it was nice because bearly anyone was there but it didn't feel nice at all and felt more like an old washed up place. So we order our food and so this is where my main problem is. It took 40minutes (yes I timed it due to how frustrated I was) to make the food. By then a few other people who came after us had already gotten their food, aswell as that there was only maximum 8-10 people in the restaurant at the time. We only ordered a burger and full chicken. 40minutes for that with also near to no other people and people getting there food before us when they came after?! However the food was really good. It's classic Nandos what do you expect? However I hope that this was just an abnormality. Anyways, yes this is halal which is great.
