Always helpful, or as good as they can be taking the current situation into account. Receptionist always pleasant and well mannered. Only thing that I think is that sometimes changes to diabetic clinics etc could be communicated but I understand how busy they are.

Always been able to get same day appointments easily when needed. Never have a long wait when I'm there. Staff are lovely and informed and set you at ease straight away being welcoming and knowledgeable.
Orchard Surgery- Best Doctor's surgery my children have been registered with. Brilliant with children, never had a problem getting a appointment even on short notice with either a nurse or a Doctor. Personally not experienced long waiting times when ringing for appointments, visiting Surgery, or if waiting for a call back, never experienced a overly long wait.
As a driver generally of elder patients it is appalling that many are left standing outside for 10 minutes and more. These patients have the courtesy to arrive on time. Shame that they are not offered the same by the surgery staff. Iain
All the Drs are so patient kind&understanding of complex medical needs.The nursing staff&reception are always there for me.they're also kind&understanding.Best Gp surgery&care I've ever had.
