Great job from start to finish. Builders who installed the steel girder were on time and did a fantastic job. Lee and his team also arrived on time and installed the door in half a day. All the guys were really friendly and acted very professionally throughout. They made sure that the place was spotless when they left and took all the rubbish away with them. Couldn't be happier. ProTec were one of 4 companies that I contacted, after explaining my exact needs and where it needs to be fitted and how, they're the only ones that stuck to coming out to give me a quote. They then proceeded to measure, explain my options and quote me, the quote was that good I didn't even try and get in touch with the other companies again. The door arrived, contacted me arranged fitted and had it all fitted within 2 hours, tidied up after themselves and were very pleasant. Social distance practiced perfectly! Although they weren't the cheapest out of the 3 companies approached, Lee presented himself more professionally than the others by far. He provided an exact sample of the type and colour we wanted and every question posed was answered in detail which impressed me. A local competitor states they sell a thicker insulated door but upon comparison that clearly isn't the case. Mitch who fitted it, was polite, courteous, diligent, helpful and did an excellent job too. I'm a believer of you get what you pay for and what a difference the door has made, not only on appearance but warmth, safety, and security too. Would definitely use Protec again and very happy to give them 5 stars. If you want a quality product, and a great service look no further.
Excellent job completed professionally; I had 3 different Companies quote for this work and was most impressed with Lee, for his attention to detail and also the value offered in terms of price and quality. Never thought I could get excited about garage doors before. Highly recommended.
