I swapped to these guys after a really slow and expensive response from a previous supplier. Anyone who runs facilities knows what it's like when equipment is down and there's people asking you when it'll be fixed every five minutes! Having suppliers I can count on is essential to the smooth running of our operation, and the service I get is always swift, efficient and professional. They turn up on time and do what they say, which seems simple but is not as common as you think! They even recommended improvements at no extra cost. Decent bunch to do business with. From my experience I can't understand the negative reviews either.

Elderly people trapped on second floor for a week, RJ lift were not serious at all, didn't bother to take seriously. I have never seen such an unprofessional attitude. If you need them for serious work and urgent call, this is not the company.
