Tower Housewares, useless support, products and customer service. Do yourself a favour and NEVER buy Tower products, they're a waste of money, and more importantly your time when something inevitably goes wrong as you constantly have to chase them for answers. Completely useless!

Absolutely abysmal company, not even worth the minimum one star. Customer Service today confirmed to me that they actually manufacture Warmlite LED log effect stove fires - which was difficult information to extract from them after the Warmlite website itself doesn't work and there are no contact numbers. Despite being told that the fire we bought was a serious fire hazard which burnt my finger on the plug alone, they took no ownership because it was no longer under warranty - we'd only briefly used it half a dozen times during a central heating breakdown, having bought it initially for ornamental purposes and the log fire light effect alone. It wasn't fit for purpose and could well have been a design fault, which they also failed to acknowledge, despite the fact that our model had also been reported to them elsewhere. AVOID!!!

I find it unbelievable that employees would write reviews of their employer. The reviews should represent interaction with customers, not biased staff trying to up the real reviews low scores. Conflict of interest. My experience of them TERRIBLE!

I can understand the bad reviews for this company. Still waiting for a 3rd item of a selection of 3 items I paid for in good faith, still no sign of it or a full refund
