I recently bought a new RS6 from Stoke Audi. It was a bit different than normal as the dealerships are closed due to lockdown. However Kamil was great to deal with via phone and email, made the process really easy & seamless. Then it was just a matter of collecting the keys and driving off on the day. It really was click & collect but instead of milk & sugar it was an unbelievable motor!

I had a slight leak on my rear light and phoned Stoke Audi, in less than a week my car had been repaired and I was on my way. I was looked after by Chris who did a splendid job and kept me informed of the progress throughout the repair, and returned the car to me repaired, and cleaned inside and out in less than 2 hours. They even carried out a check up on the state of my vehicle and supplied me with a video of the checks. Excellent service Geoff Haynes

He was a cool dude and a pleasure to deal with very very welcoming a really down to earth guy. Sorted everything for me efficiently wasn't pushy on the deal very easy going. I was made to feel welcome and valued as a customer (it's rare of sales to treat people of my age like this).
