Poor Customer Service after asking for some samples, a few days later one sample came through and was told to get the rest from the supplier direct myself. I live local and wanted to use a local company. Imagine going into a car showroom and asking for a brochure and them telling you sorry you will have to get it from the manufacturer yourself and then when you've got it come back and we will sell you a car!! Good customer service would be is they would have said we don't have the ones you have asked for but don't worry we will contact our supplier and get them to you. Sad for them as its the small things that lead to people going elsewhere.

This company have been so helpful and professional from visiting their showroom and choosing the granite to the templating and fitting. They are very competitively priced and lots of options to chose from. Thank you to Stephanie and all the team we are very impressed with our new kitchen worktops and we will definitely use you and recommend you to all our friends and family in the future.
