This building is now complete in 2020, that photo shows it a few years ago. From what I read on the contractor display boards, it's an animal incinerator. Burns horses, cows and humans in large quantities. Go double check.

Excellent second hand robotics. Managed to pick up one eighth of the old confedracy of independent systems battle droids for a reasonable amount of credits. 5/5 would begin a galactic level political crisis from here again.
From the exterior it looks like an evil genius has set up residence there. Happy to report it just burns stuff and is not an evil lair.

Despite what people say, it's is the start of a tunnel the UK are digging to Australia in an attempt to cut down the journey times to 30 minutes. Opens in the spring, expects queues.
