It is a shame you can't award zero stars. In my experience, they are not interested in their patients, just how quickly and easily they can get rid of you. For the sake of my health, I have had to change to a different practice. In response to a previous reply to a review saying, stop moaning, it is free. It is only free if you live on benefits or have recently come over from another country. For people like me who have paid tax and national insurance for over 40 years it is NOT free. I now have to travel twice the distance to my new practice, because this one is so useless.

I left this practice because each time i called i was about number 56 in the queue. It would take hours to get through to the surgery. The one true lovely doctor is doctor Tomlinson, but as you can never get an appointment there its getting a 1 star from me.

Really poor service. The receptionists do not listen and even when I said I needed an emergency prescription they kept making excuses and even though I've been registered my whole life have done nothing to help. I have tried several times to no avail so do not recomend because it feels like they just dont care.

This is the worst surgery in the area. Listen to the below reviews and take them seriously. They treated my sister with such disregard and they don't even take down important medical notes! Avoid this place completely, it should be shut down and the doctors need to have their titles revoked. I'll be filing a formal complaint.

I think all you lot need to stop complaining and be grateful for even having free health care in the first place, big up all the staff for working hard especially through a pandemic.
