As complete newbies we hired and subsequently bought a nearly new Knaus motorhome from Ed. We faced a number of challenges during these times (as I'm sure most do the first few times they go caravanning/motohoming) and Ed was there to support. Yes, where there occasions when we had questions that weren't urgent it sometimes took a couple of days to get an answer, but in times when we were in trouble Ed was true to his word and was there to support and we were getting immediate responses. Bottom line is even though betterthancamping is over 1.5 hours away from our home we would certainly use again and highly recommend to anyone who is considering using.

Actions speak louder than words. 2019 will be the third time we've used Better Than Camping. Ed is really helpful and accommodating. The motorhomes are fantastic, really comfortable, and this years models look great. For us to do a four hour round trip of just over 200 miles just to go and have a look says a lot. Keep doing what you're doing Ed and staff!! Five Stars!!

Be very careful when buying from this dealer. Although polite and respectful the after sales service was non existent. Promised to forward outstanding items but 6 months later we are still waiting. Did not respond to text messages, calls or emails. Very disappointing service. Avoid.

My Dad and I rented a 4 berth of Ed at Better Than Camping. I have to say we were more than happy with the vehicle and the holiday but even more happy with the service Ed provided. It was our first time camping so as you can imagine we had a few hurdles to jump and a few questions to ask. Ed was on the other end of the phone eveytime we needed him. I am looking forward to reccomending and using his company in the future.
