Can’t fault Stow-on-the-Wold vets, we recently had to put our beloved dog down and Stow-on-the-Wold vets could of not been more understanding or caring. They took her in as an emergency appointment at 8:30am kept her in until unfortunately having to call me about Mia at 10:30 with the bad news. They helped my wife and I bring her home and came round a few hours later to do what needed to be done. No one ever asked for any money (Yes we have insurance which they know) but no one even asked for the excess and they were so understanding. Our other dog also uses the same vets and any other dog we have will. Cannot fault any of the team at all. They even sent a condolence card to us a few days later a Thank you Stow-on-the-Wold vets.

Lovely vets, all the staff are kind and patient, vets and nurses great with our dog. Particularly when he was unhappy and in pain, they actively avoided making it any worse for him, and their advice and guidance helped us get him better in no time. If you have a puppy I recommend the puppy training. Not only is it informative but it helps your dog learn that the surgery is a fun place to be. Clearly worked with our retriever, he’s always excited when we arrive!
