We ordered a Merit County Garage back in October which at the time had an approx 12 week lead time. The whole process from start to finish was very easy and hubby is super happy with the finished article. We needed a higher door opening than standard which wasn't an issue at all, and last week in January the email came to confirm delivery/installation date for February 1st. The guys who did the install were very friendly, worked really hard and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend Merit Garden Buildings :-)

We searched for weeks till we came across Merit. We purchased a log cabin and the service was trouble free from start to finish. The quality of the cabin us outstanding and the instal team friendly and customer focused. Would 100% recommend tjem to anyone loking for a professional service.

Very poor installation and quality from this company for our garden room. Customer service is poor and we've been let down multiple times with the installation. Please use another company as we've had nothing but issues and we've been met with the excuse its due to covid from the customer service team. I'm not sure how covid means your doors and windows are installed the opposite way round to the order, gaps are big enough to fit hands through, panels installed upside down, roof not arriving with the order, cancelled dates and not being kept informed but having to chase ourselves. We paid for installation but could have done a better job ourselves. Spent a fortune on fixing issues as no trust in their installation team. Please please spend your money elsewhere as 4k on a garden room is not cheap.

Poor quality product and service. Purchased loglap summerhouse with roof singles in October last year, delivered and installed in December. Sales / order process from office at Roxton Garden Centre was good. Issue with initial installation as they forgot to install some items and had to come back a few days later but not a major issue. Construction quality is ok but not great. Over the period from December until May this year I had to get them out four times to properly tack / fix down the roof shingles and make the shed water-tight. On each occasion they assured me that they had dealt with the issue, incorrect tacks / more adhesive / exceptional high winds / exposed area / etc, etc. It now seems to be resolved but I have to question why this couldn’t have been resolved properly at the beginning – I haven’t moved the shed and would expect the roof to hold up to the typical pressure of the UK weather system otherwise the product wouldn’t be fit for purpose. Lots of needless phone calls / emails / visits. Overall disappointed. I did initially want to order another shed next to it to match but have now ordered elsewhere.
