Amazing support and service from the staff at Portable Space Limited. We desperately needed a portable space to work from after our home was flooded on 23 December. I reached out to the company during their Christmas closedown, only to receive a response back very quickly that they could help us out. Since then everything has gone smoothly and because of the professional service of the company a portable space was delivered at 7.30 am this morning. Chris, the delivery driver was excellent and so helpful and courteous. I cannot thank Jamie and the team enough for their help. Highly recommend this friendly company.

‘Portable Space was scheduled to deliver three containers from Felixstowe Docks to a field on a Community Supported Farm for the Debenham Shed in December. Due to bad weather and an entrance which had to be enlarged, three attempts were made before finally successfully locating the containers on site. This occurred on one of the coldest days in February, but the driver Will arrived at the collection location at 0700hrs despite having driven from Cambridge for the first container. Once off-loaded he then proceeded to collect and deliver the remaining two containers, working in bitterly cold conditions which was not improved by a strong easterly wind, he eventually finished and left at 1530hrs. A company and their employees are judged on their reliability and performance especially when matters go well, but, it is when there are problems which prevent an initial successful outcome that companies can be really judged and on this Portable Space deserve an outstanding commendation and the gratitude of the Debenham Shed.
Hoping things can get better. I am an existing customer and first container arrived fine. The second container is where things have started going wrong. We asked for a quote which was sent, and we asked to proceed. We were then advised it was out of stock and to wait, which we did. When back in stock, the quote would not be honoured and we were advised of a price increase. We needed the container so agreed to pay the new quote and were advised a 2 week delivery. Once Portable Space had our money we were then advised delivery would be 1 month . Currently waiting to see what can be done but time is of the essence if Portable Space can not deliver. Update: We have now been contacted with a new delivery date inline with the 2 weeks. Thank you. Just a shame the first quote wasn't honoured.
Brilliant service.... I recently used Portable Space to hire a container for storage, from the initial inquiry to the delivery and collection, I cannot fault this company. Big shout out to Michelle for arranging everything for me, even when my project overrun she did everything to accommodate (thank you) Highly recommend
Recently Purchased a new one trip shipping container to help us store our training equipment. Sam was a pleasure to deal with, we received some funding for the container, and needed various quotations and information and he helped us out with everything we needed. The delivery driver did a great job of locating the container exactly where we needed it. Very happy with the product and Portable Space were an easy company to deal with.
