Great people to deal with Dave and Sam are very knowledgeable when it comes to all things Porsche. The car purchase was very straightforward and they keep an inventory generally of cars that are known to them so any questions about the car I bought were readily answered. This is my honest experience of the one time and one time only I will use this company. Bought a used 911 as many do and wanted to keep the history up with Strasse who had seen it many times in the past. Strasse quite happily lied to my face that they would share details on the work that had been completed over the years when I brought it in for a service and additional works. once there they carried this pretense on but apologised they couldn't open the files at that moment but would make sure it was available when I returned to pick it up....hours pass and I return to collect the car low and behold Dave (who made the promises) isn't available but we will call you back to sort it...from that point it went more and more evasive. Dave will have to call you..Dave's not available...sorry we just wont give it to you. I understand I cant get personal details of previous owners but all I don't want that I want basic details of what's taken place so I can make a strategy of what I want the car to have over the next few years. added to all this the oil level when I get home is marginally low. I have someone else's brackets from their car in my frunk. My items in my frunk (only brackets) missing altogether. when I make them aware of this they simply say. oh next time your passing nip them in.....I simply gave up at that point. other specialist I have used since them are fantastic. these guys are audibly making fun of their customers in front of other customers waiting in the waiting room. Ridiculed the previous owner of my car to my face etc etc. I very quickly just decided they are appalling. I'm sure many others have a better experience. mine was a shocker. don't expect them to be infallible. fully expect them to entertain themselves at your expense. I feel sorry for the owner of the crash damaged Panamera that was parked outside.....they truly did not have your best interest at heart!.....and breathe
