Just wanted to say thank you once again for the excellent service. Brilliant service - got the job done in the same day! and it was a major failure(broken gas valve- need to be replaced). So Pleased with the service delivered by Richard! Highly recommend.

I have used Richard on previous occasions to service my gas fire but he has recently installed a new combi boiler for me. I have always found him to be very polite and very knowledgeable and his service is second to none, Excellent gas fitting and service firm
We've used Richard at Arden Gas Services for the last few annual boiler services and have always been impressed with his friendly and professional approach - and the email reminder is very useful! More recently Richard has been in to fix the boiler when it broke down overnight. He was able to find a slot extremely quickly, left us electric heaters as the required part wasn't available on the day, and even chased down the boiler manufacturer to refund one of the parts when it didn't fix the issue, despite being their recommendation. All round excellent service and fair pricing.
Great first impression. Richard was recommended to me and he has proven to be very knowledgeable and honest! I asked him to look at a hot water return valve that I thought needed replacing. He popped around at short notice and quickly told me I didn't need to change the whole valve but could simply change the actuator head. Other (less straight) engineers may have proceeded to change the whole valve which would have been a more complex & expensive job. I actually did that simple job myself and Richard hasn't charged me - i will though now get him back to service my heating system and gas fire. Many thanks!
