Went there last week for a browse at a new vehicle. Matt Emms Was the sales representative we spoke too. I was amazed buy the professional and informative service I received. I went in expecting a sleazy con artist trying to sell me expensive finance but it was quite the opposite! Left the showroom fully informed and under no pressure which was excellent and then went on to make a purchase the next week. Five star car sold by a five star person!

A BIG THANKYOU to Michael Blackstock @listersToyotaStratford.Today I had my GT86 in for its 60K service.I have dealt with Michael a few times now and and found his level of customer service nothing too short of outstanding. Michael is always smiling and always going out of his way to provide customer service at it's best.Michael sold me a service plan so I had no worries today about any expensive bill as for my 60K service on my GT86.He collected and delivered my car to me and did it in the time scale he promised and also my car was washed and valeted to a high standard, as you can see from my photo I have attached. Fantastic service and a great dealership to use as I will always recommend them to friends and family.
