We've used Riverside Veterinary Centre for both routine and emergency appointments with guinea pigs, a very elderly cat, and now a young puppy. They are always so professional, use the ight amount\ of intervention/treatment, and have really taken the time in making trips to the vets a fun experience for my puppy. I trust them completely with the care of my animals and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent Veterinary Practice the team are all brilliant exceptional care from Vet Dia. Their care they give does not stop at your pet but extends to you as well. We cannot thank Dia and his team for the care he gave our Bella who sadly at two year old went over the Rainbow Bridge on 6th January 2019. We also thank you all for the care you are giving Darcy.
Cruel and rude vet with NO empathy. Do not take your dog to this vet. We had a horrendous experience with the male vet at this practice. He did nothing to welcome our dog, no fuss and no treats. We adopted our dog and know nothing of his history but he has always been anxious around strange men. We have spent lots of time training him and trying to get him comfortable in different situations. This vet had absolutely no empathy for our dog's background and history. He treated us like it was our fault that our dog was anxious and scared. The vet was extremely rude to myself and my partner and called us incompetent. He has no idea the amount of work and training we have put in to make up for our dog's first year before we had him. This vet is entirely incompetent, he did nothing to comfort our dog and just stressed him out more. Even worse he purposely hurt my dog, the only time he touched my dog was to twist his scruff with malice and my dog yelped in pain. I have never heard my dog make that noise. This man should not be allowed to work with animals as he has no understanding or care for them! DO NOT TRUST YOUR PET WITH THIS 'VET'!

I can honestly say the personal touch makes us and Buttons feel very secure and trustworthy. Not ever have we experienced such a good and nice vets surgery, all staff are top !! We won't be going elsewhere. Top vets we can't thank you enough for what you done for Buttons. Buttons said woof woof
