Impressed with the excellent and friendly customer service. Nathan was especially helpful. Purchased a double-bed and new mattress on a Sunday and was contacted three days later that it was ready to be delivered. Delivery people were also very friendly and professional. They took great care in shifting and assembling the bed. Great to support a family-run business while buying British-made goods.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new carpet supplied & fitted by Sofas & Beyond. Service from the store to the fitters was top drawer. I thought this would be a tricky job but they set to work & the outcome as you can see looks great. I'll be back in a few months for my Lounge Carpet & a New Sofa! Thanks Guys
Loved the service from Sofas and beyond, the sales man wasnt pushy, he was informative about the furniture and arrived when he said. The sofas I am over the moon with, not to expensive, but the quantity is amazing. I've had family members buy furniture from DFS and the quality and the problems they have had was awful. I would highly recommend this shop. The furniture they sell is quality.
Throughout my experience, I have been extremely happy with the high level of communication and customer service received from Nathan and Lisa. We had our entire new-build house's flooring done via this company. Initially, we had some problems with the contractor's attention to detail, which meant we needed the contractor to come back out and rectify issues. The company's handling of this issue was faultless. I only have three negative things to say (all relate to the contractor/fitter): 1) He omitted to tell us that one of our bedrooms has an uneven floor during his first visit (he confirmed, during the second visit, that he'd noticed it the first time). If we'd have been made aware of this, we'd have asked for the flooring in that room to be delayed until our developer had rectified the issue (unfortunately, it now means our developer has to rip all of our newly-laid LVT up to get to the source of the problem). 2) During the second visit, there was no attempt to tidy up any of the carpet we'd had re-laid (i.e. bits of carpet fluff). It took quite a while to get all of these bits up and we'd have appreciated some attempt to at least get all of these bits into a pile in a corner somewhere (it was a choking hazard for our dog). 3) During the first visit (over the course of 5.5 days), non-flooring waste was left behind; e.g. an empty can of pop was left on our freshly-painted windowsill in one of our bedrooms. Overall, lovely owners/managers, but I'd not recommend the contractor/fitter.
Excellent store with very competitive prices. Small store the makes the most of its space. Furniture available in different fabrics. Just revived my sofa and I'm in love with it. Have ordered a chair now. And considering carpets.
