On our visit (Sunday 6th September) the wait time was reasonable while cleaning for COVID-19 took place between each use of the passenger pod. I read a review stating there were no COVID-19 precautions in place. Our experience was the opposite. There is a one way entry and exit policy, and each gondola is cleaned thoroughly between use. This takes time, so be prepared on a busy day, as loading a Ferris Wheel is not the fastest process at the best of time. The views are stunning and the duration of the ride is fair for the price. This is a fantastic way to see Stratford-upon-Avon from a birds eye view, and a great way to capture memories with family or loved ones. The box office staff were not the friendliest or most engaging. The team managing boarding and exiting the capsules were much happier, and the reason I stuck with 5 stars.

A super attraction right beside the river. Goes at a decent pace for taking snaps of the fantastic surroundings. Brilliant for adults and children with very courteous staff. 5 per adult and 3 for children under 12. It reaches quite an impressive height too...and when it stops to allow more people to board, you get to feel the 'breeze' moving the car!!
Amazing views over Stratford and surrounding areas on a clear day, good amount of time spent on the wheel too for the money spent.
Picked a beautiful day for our visit - we could see for miles.

Surprised how much I enjoyed this. Being a local I wasn't sure what I'd get out of this but it really does provide a great vantage over Stratford. Managed to get some great pics of the surrounding area. Thought it was very reasonably priced and would recommend any guest I have visiting to give it a go.
Poor Covid measures, purely token gestures that staff did not take seriously. Cleaning between rides was a cursory spray (like an air freshener) the staff had cloths but didn't use them. For the price they charge, the time on the ride (not including loading and offloading) was pretty short.
