A little bit of real Italy in Stratford. Nothing short of amazing. Good was excellent and the wines, from the chain owners own vineyards in Sicily were perfect. Had the Grande antipasto board which was lovely, everything went so well together. Atmosphere made you actually transported you off the somewhere else. Staff were A1, knowledgeable, polite with some banter too. I really cannot wait to get back to try their pizzas, which I am tool are good.
Visited today, via a Virgin experience gift voucher, for the Sicilian wine tasting. Absolutely perfect and spot on, from the moment we walked in the door, with covid precautions being all brilliant we felt very safe. We were served throughout, by our host Jenny, who was very knowledgeable and polite, and a credit to Veenos. The wine and platter was gorgeous, and we will certainly be returning again. Thank you all, and we will enjoy our purchased wines at home.
Sicilian sensation! What a discovery. We hadn't booked and yet Cos was extremely welcoming. The team hosted us in the wine tasting room for an intimate dining experience for two. The service was exemplary! Cos passionately described Veeno's history, the food and wine options. We were able to taste wines before choosing,and the Grande sharing platter was beautifully presented and Cos took the time to explain every ingredient in infinite detail. We were so impressed that we have booked again for Saturday. Highly recommend!
We were given a birthday treat of a wine tasting experience. Lovely ambience; helpful staff; excellent service; great food and wine.
