I decided it was time to do some exercise, for health issues, to tone up and lose some weight. After some research I came across Strong Mama Collective at Core Gym. Lucy is a wonderful trainer, taking into account my health issues to create a plan especially for me. She is full of praise and encouragement, making me feel that anything is possible. I’m 4 weeks in and am already feeling the benefits and am actually enjoying going to the gym, something I never thought I would say
