Company in general were helpful. However communication between the production company is shocking. Family members headstone should have been fitted but due to bad weather it was not complete nor communicated to family members who went to visit grave. It was then said a week later it would be fitted....only this time they couldnt fit it because there wasnt a hole for the flower pot...it had been delayed AGAIN.
