Would not wish this company on my worst enemy. If only you could give no stars... Such a shame, I really wanted to like this company they say all the right things, but sadly do all the wrong ones. Abysmal management throughout, non-existing customer service by people who have no interest in resolving your issue. I have been a customer with their energy division, used them to charge my electric vehicle and I have my mobile phone services with them and the experience with all of these had been abysmal. Avoid avoid avoid!

We've been very happy customers for 16 years. In our experience the customer service is excellent, quick, friendly and responsive. As the world's first and Britain's greenest energy company there are no others doing more to help the environment and wildlife. In our lengthy experience of being with them we have found Ecotricity to be an excellent, ethically minded company, doing really vital work and providing great service turning 'bills into mills'!

Absolutely no go compony, terrible customer service, my bills increased almost double, I was quated 100 pound a month, and its been much higher then that, for the first 6 months they have not charged me for gas which made me think that my bills are really low, only then they send me a bill of 500 saying that I have to pay that as they system did not work, and now they trading me with debt collectors even tho we had agreement in place which they completely dismissing no. DO NOT SIGN UP THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

Beyond incompetent. When I moved house, they set up my account with the wrong address and would have had me paying for someone elses's energy had I not spotted it! Had a number of issues which took months to solve when we first moved in. Gone smoothly for nearly a year when I noticed they haven't been updating my account, so they've been taking my money and not billing me. They ignore emails, don't return phone calls and I've been on hold for over an hour. They have caused me so much stress it is unreal. Go with Bulb instead!

Awful customer service. Taking money when I'd already paid. My bill went from 90 a month with octopus to 162 with these, which I was fooled into believing when I had a quote it would be around 100. Shocking. Avoid.
