I came upon this site whilst looking for a specific gift for a friend that is extremely difficult to buy for. After choosing my item I rang their customer services department and was helped with the purchase by a very polite and extremely helpful member of their staff. Two days later I took delivery of my purchase which was extremely well packaged, but the quality was way above my expectations... so much so that I might end up looking for another gift for my friend and keeping this for myself.
