We have used Bryan on a number of occasions to replace or sort problems with various locks at our property. Today he came to sort a 5 bar mortise lock that the had stopped working. The door was locked shut and he was able to unlock and replace the lock using various tools without damaging the door or frame. I have no idea how he did it and up to this point I had feared that we would have to remove the door or frame to get axis to the lock. He is an absolute professional and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
