Alex's support through my first pregnancy saw me go into labour feeling positive, informed and prepared; so when I got pregnant second time round I was excited to find she'd started antenatal classes! The classes could not have been more helpful. Alex is very knowledgeable but also went out of her way to find informative, balanced resources if ever there were any queries that needed further research. It was great to be able to recap and discuss things I'd learnt first time round, as well as learn new things and be supported in new ways- and all in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Meeting other expectant mum's and being able to share experiences, swap advice and build friendships was also really special.
