We have met Almudena and Rene in 2015 based on a recommendation from a friend. We were planning complete refurbishment of our 1960's end of terrace house and we needed a help. Engaging with the architects for our residential property proved to be the best decision we have made in the entire process. Not only they have planned and fully supervised the building work, but also led all the discussions and negotiations with the contracted builders. Their planning was detailed which allowed for accurate costing of the project, competitive quotes and completion within the budget. They were able to advice on materials and finishes to achieve the Scandinavian/retro look we were after and which so well suits to the property. They were able to mix mainstream and bespoke materials and fittings to keep costs down, yet managed to create highly practical and comfortable home for our family. We seeked their help again when planning extension to the house in 2019. We love our home and the final result of the renovation and we have recommended Studio Wolter Navarro to friends and neighbours.
