We lost my Mother on Christmas Day and my Aunt had passed away the day before and so the past month has been extremely difficult for our family. Pam was superb, she was very gentle in her contact with me, knowing exactly what was needed based on our requirements from multiple family members. The flowers on the day were beautiful and we were all so pleased and felt Mom had the most lovely flowers that she would have loved. I would highly recommend.
