I have recently purchased a lovely new build 3.5 tonne box and am over the moon with it! Jake was responsive to messages and very helpful. The box was really well priced and presented beautifully, He even arranged for a wardrobe to be added to the living area too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Warwickshire horse boxes to anyone looking for a quality horse box from a friendly, trustworthy company.

Purchased my first horsebox (3.5t) after always having trailers. Jake was really helpful, super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My box is a new build, simple but solid & it drives really well; something I was concerned about as I'm used to driving and towing with my lovely German SUV! I wanted a hob installing in the box and Jake did this for me to a good standard before I collected it. I wasn't happy with the ramp the box had been built with, Jake took the box back after 2 weeks and fitted a new one for me, it's spot on. I'd highly recommend this company, I'm a fussy customer and used to dealing with professional people for work and I can't fault the communication and service I've received.

Highly recommend this business, from purchase all the way through to after sales, fully committed to offering the best service he can, Jake is trustworthy and reliable. The last box I bought privately and had no end of costly problems. By using Jake for supply this time I have exactly what I want and need in my bespoke conversion and he has readily solved some minor issues I have had since I purchased.

Jake is a pleasure to deal with and is extremely knowledgeable (which always helps). He is very approachable and coming from a horsey background he understands his customers needs.. 2 and 4 legged! A lovely man to deal with and would recommend him to anyone looking for a horsebox.
I purchased a lovely lorry from this company, I was quite nervous about it as I travelled up from Somerset, but Jake was so helpful and willing to answer all of my questions (there were a lot!), I needn’t have worried. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Warwickshire Horseboxes to a friend, and if I want to upgrade to a bigger box in a few years, I’ll be asking for a part exchange so I can buy from them again!
I couldn’t recommend Warwickshire horse boxes enough. I recently sold my old box through them in less than a week and had multiple offers. I also purchased a new box from them. Jake was so reassuring and answered all of my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. Their customer service is outstanding not only before sales but even after. I will certainly be going back to Warwickshire Horse boxes when I upgrade in the future.
