Just wanted to say Thank you to Steve and the Team at Symonds Auto Salvage.was after a few hard to source parts for my VW .And after spending a day on a wild goose chase when dealing with other breakers in LONDON (they said they had the parts i needed on the phone .and after i traveled to their premise's they did NOT) i got a lucky break and I found Symonds Auto Salvage on Ebay . i whatapped Steve videos of the parts i needed he was good and decent enough to check he had the parts and sent me videos back showing that he did also checked that they were not faulty by connecting up the battery.THAT IS AMAZING Customer service especially in the auto Recycling sector where most members of staff intimidate the average punter by squaring off .wish you the best Steve Thanks for everything and for all your help and for the GREAT PRICES

Cars been off the road for 2 months after a failed MOT and my laziness working out specifically what was required. Worked out on Monday it was a broken headlamp mount mount that not be mended so I ebayed. Found the headlamp at a good price with added delivery charge at Symons around 2pm. Ordered and it arrived within 24 hours in Christmas week!! Just fitted and is very nearly perfect (missing a rubber cap) but for salvage that's not even a bit unreasonable. Wish I'd found Symonds for the salvage I've needed previously.

From start to finish the service was 1st class. Can’t fault them . Was impressed from the beginning by their customer service- contacted by phone and email in very timely fashion giving me full confidence and all the information I needed. Driver collected my car on time and was very helpful and friendly- it’s a big vehicle they use and the driver took time and trouble to minimise inconvenience to other residents and road users ( I’m on a fairly busy cul- de-sac /dead end road) Overall was very happy with all aspects and have no hesitation at all in recommending them.
