Shocking customer care. I was told that my order was sent to me and it had not because I have now found out they are out of stock. I was not informed of this untill I rang to complain I had not received it. They still took my order and money though. I have demanded a refund which they have agreed to. I did not get any apologies for being lied to and I have wasted 10 days waiting for the fabric to arrive which they knew was not going to happen.
