Fantastic location, stunningly home

Lovely location especially if you like walking/cycling. Cleverly organised facilities in a very quaint and historic building to give the usual modern amenities. Beware - mobile signal dodgy at best but WiFi provided. Having to climb the steps provided to get in (or out) of bed will not suit everyone so some care is needed to allocate rooms. Definitely not really suitable for the under 5's but then the information never suggests it should be. Very convenient for family wedding at Smeetham.
