Perfect overnight spot, Paul (owner) was super accommodating and everyone was really friendly. We camped overnight and had dinner in the pub, views incredible and good awesome. Would booking a couple of weeks ahead as clearly a popular place!

Visited just before we were locked down again, felt very safe with good COVID measures. Food was excellent, beer too. The owners and staff are very welcoming and very friendly towards dogs.
Hi we went to this pub after an owner of the hallmark cards told us about it The pub had very Friendly staff also Dogs r welcome which is brilliant. Now when we Arrived at the pub we should have phoned first to book a table So we asked & their was no tables & as we were leaving the Manger came over to the car they had a table. Brilliant. Took our details & brought us to our table. The food came out & our drinks nice food our Chips were homemade they were so nice & the burgers were cooked to perfection. We enjoyed it the dog enjoyed it The locals were nice i would recommend that you try this pub. What can you ask for Nice Food Nice Drink, Nice Company & the dog was welcome. We will be visiting their again & i hope whom every reads this will also Visit
Outstanding location, very nice service and staff. If you walk from Trevor aqueduct forward Llangollen you will find Trevor sun half way. A stop by for a drink and a bite. Reaction to the current situation....lovely outside seating area..with stunning views. Starting point for great walks up to the panorama path. I love it.
Paul and his staff made us very welcome, very professional and attentive throughout our stay. The food was so good we're already planning a return trip. Many thanks
