Contacted Sean just over a week ago because we required spare parts for a spa we had purchased. Every day for the next week emails were flying around with various images. Although I am sure he must have been fed up with us ! He was so helpful and patient. Took time with us and helped us so much - correct parts arrived today within 24 hours of despatch. Once our decision had been made to get a hot tub we contacted Sean & he was really helpful. He has a wealth of experience & talked us through all our options. He was really patient as we had so many questions!! There was absolutely no pressure to buy which was a refreshing change!! Sean helped us organise a crane to get the tub over the house & on delivery day Geoff & Andy came & got the tub set up. They told me absolutely everything about the chemicals & I was a bit overwhelmed taking all the info in but they both said don’t panic you can contact us anytime to ask any questions I had! We have been in the tub everyday & love it best decision we made! Big thanks to Sean & the team would highly recommend
