I recently purchased a Champagne K9 Crystal chandelier,from placing my order to receiving the product they were excellent in their approach of updating me & I recieved my parcel the next day at no extra expense! The packaging, aesthetics & finish of the chandelier was professional as well as simple. The assembling of the chandelier was not complicated due to the helpful instructions that were given within the packaging. The individual components were pre-organised in separate containers reducing the assembly time. Once we assembled the chandelier everyone was in awe of its beauty & eminence.The chandelier is made from genuine K9 crystal which complements the chandelier when it is illuminated tremendously. I highly recommend WDW lighting & i will definitely be back for more lights!

I wouldn't give 1 star even cancelled my order same day after few hours in aug , seller refused to cancel, seller got item back and refused to refund my money,still waiting for my money back ,opened dispute with paypal. Seller not replying for any email or phone calls now ,beware please ...Its best and safe to buy from good brand shops with some sort of warranty , peace of mind and no return hassle issues even ....very poor customer service (plz plz careful before to buy anything from this seller)

Bought a chandelier from them on 11th Came with nearly ten broken/damaged crystals, replacements were sent & received on 19th which again came damaged, will be two weeks from purchase date and still sorting out a 230 chandelier Ridiculous customer service No remorse from company
