Good covid19 policies in store and got everything we needed. Staff were helpful.
This is a big branch with plenty of options in each section. We travelled from out of the area to buy a lamp that wasn't available elsewhere; we ordered online and we're delighted with it. Social distancing measures are in place throughout the store; we had to wait a few minutes to be let in but systems run smoothly. The only minor negative was the layout: there are different access routes for click and collect and the main store; if you go straight to click and collect, you have to queue again to shop in store at busy times.
Very quiet today easy to get what I needed
Very strict on mask wearing and sanitising etc . Shop is immaculate and very helpful and polite staff
