From first contact it was a professional service. Lady on phone got me a better time that suited and kept me informed on the arrival. My Wife kindly requested they removed shoes at door and they kindly obliged. 2 very friendly young guys and they got straight to work asking us to agree on the positioning for 3 units. 2 TV and a sound bar were installed and they provided the cable trunking for a neat job. No mess whatsoever, very respectful of our home. The end result for us was we are more than pleased, looks great now, cluster gone. The price in my option was very reasonable for this work and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone needing this service. Thanks again guys.

Came within 6 hours of a call and fitted 2 large screen TVs in less than 2 hours - the best company ever from start to finish!
TVi North East installed one new telly upstairs. It looks really great. They also tidied up (with trunking) an existing TV that was messily installed by a South Shields \TV man\. Wish I knew about TVi North East earlier, very professional and can do everything you might need for a TV installation.
I personally would absolutely recommend this firm professional service in every way from start to finish and honestly when the team finished it was if they hadn’t been there apart from the TVs on the wall. Well done wouldn’t hesitate to call this firm again and recommend to everyone.
