We had Sunfold doors installed around 5 years ago and one of the rollers failed last week. I was expecting to be negotiating / coordinating a repair for weeks but we had a really speedy response from customer services and engineers turn up a few days after my initial email - faultless. Thanks-you.

Run by a spineless con man - do NOT go near them.
Very nice product but negotiate very hard with them before you sign anything. They try to add extra costs wherever they can and then threaten legal action if payment is not made, even if the work is not complete. Shame as the product is very nice. But don't sign until everything is confirmed.
