I normally don't do these but I believe the Broadfield Superdrug store deserved a shout out for their amazing store and terrific customer service!!! It was my first time shopping in this store and from what I saw it was one of the most tidiest, item variety and wide spaced stores I've been in. I only came in for literally some deodorant but one particular staff member I believe her name was Kacy was extremely helpful! In fact it was her kindness and the fact she knew her stuff which convinced me to end up not just buying more products for myself but even a few gifts for others. Superdrug have got themselves a very valuable worker right there, with all this uncertainty going on atm she's definitely a keeper superdrug as well as the rest of the lovely team who served me later, just saying. Not to mention she had lovely eyes, was very beautiful with a winning smile so it was hard to say no to her tbh(for her if she ever sees this review). Anways she signed me up to this loyalty card too and so long as all superdrug stores are like that, you can be sure I'll be shopping there more. With this being a hard year for retail I just thought I would show all the workers of that store my appreciation and be for once in retails life a satisfied customer. Keep up the great work Superdrug Broadfield! Look forward to my next many visits!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!!

I went there Yesterday and bought some cream for my feet off the shelf, when i got home i realized it was the wrong cream. I went back today to return it and was told, as it was classed as a medical product i could not return it. It was in a unopened packet so i asked to speak to the manager. I found her extremely rude and as i left the shop, she said, have a nice day! This person should not be allowed in a shop serving the public, never mind managing it! I was not impressed at all and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!
