My visit there was decent, but there were a few too many people allowed inside at once. It wasn't terrible, but not ideal for Covid. One of the staff was also not wearing a mask while stocking shelves, and ringing people through. They were however totally ok with me waiting for an employee with a mask when I asked
The staff in the Chester le branch are fab. The manager always greats you with a smile and let's you know what the latest offers and bargains are. She is very knowledgeable about the stock.
Love this place aisles could be bit wider and aisles better poster where thing are other wus great
Good social distancing measures and fabulous selection of gift sets. Wipes the floor with Boots and much better value for money
