Upon entering the store a lady with a double buggy was coming out. She was having some trouble so.i helped her. Once I got in the store..an assistant who was Asian, Big build, slightly hunched with black hair wearing a uniform fleece walked passed me and went behind the till towards another Asian assistant..a lady I would say in early 60s wearing glasses..quite short with her pulled back and said if those kids were mine I'd of punch them up long time..I looked up very shocked because as retail assistants aren't they meant to be helpful. Not to mention the confusing way of queuing and lack of good customer service. I think some people really have forgotten how to treat people. I'd shop here again..but I'd be mindful of the service I receive.
