Not sure if anyone else has experienced this in the shaftesbury branch only I went in last week and made a purchase and the young girl serving me was very abrupt. I wanted to pay by cash and she made a big point about head office and policy on no payment is to be made with cash only card. I walked away feeling embarrassed and I'm glad there wasn't many other people in the store at the time. I have tried to check this on the superdrug website but couldn't find any mention of it. Please don't let this happen to you if you are visiting the store. X
