Really like this shop. All own brands are not tested on animals (cruelty free) which for me, gives it the big thumbs up. They can be very busy & sometimes a tad more expensive.

Today after visiting the brow and lash bar.. I have been left with black dye around both my eyes. The assistant rubbed my eyes for easily 10mins trying with no success to remove the dye..This has left my eyes swollen and red. And I must add still with the black dye. My left eyebrow also has a gap missing.. The manager refused my refund.After years of using this store I will not be back. The manager should change job. Working with the public is not for her.

Today I was in this shop with my partner who was buying some make up for an upcoming night out , me not really wanting to suffer any more shopping decided to take a walk to the toilet and meet her when she was done . After finishing my business I was approached by security and the store manager to be very rudely told I was seen stealing stock , which was obviously not the case , the manager was extremely rude , the member of staff who claimed they saw me stealing then said ahe didnt actually witness anything and that she only saw me leave the store with a diet pepsi ( which was bought elsewhere ) , the whole thing was a joke and seriously embarrassing , they really need to re think what constitutes being able to make such ludicrous allegatioms before treating people like this , me or my family wont be back
