Visited Superdrug in Wellgate on the lead up to Christmas this year. I have to say that the staff are useless and extremely unprofessional. I asked if they had a certain perfume in stock I was told from the gentleman advisor (can't remember his name) told me they didn't but they could offer me another brand. I told him and the other member of staff who was also serving that I was looking for this brand and not a different brand and I would go elsewhere to The Perfume Shop or Boots. Then to my disgust I was then told that Superdrug own the Perfume Shop and they probably wont have it either. They girl then answered the telephone in front of me and asked me to wait whilst I was talking which was extremely rude. When she came off the phone I was then asked a further 4 times by the two of them if I would like to buy perfume or aftershave. I then overheard the gentleman saying to the girl advisor that his ex partner is in the shopping centre not something that a customer should be hearing either. This shop seems to be a meeting place for family / friends as there was another member of staff speaking away to their friends or family whilst other customers were looking for assistance. I certainly will not be visiting this shop again in future. They also seem to be pushing customers for sales even if they don't want to purchase anything. I think the staff needs more customer service training. I have worked in sales for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this.

Every time I ever visited this store the staff have always been friendly and helpful.
Clueless staff and terrible service. Went in asked for medication by brand name, wasnt asked what its for, given the wrong one. Find this out when I get home and take it back the next day unopened only for the manager to refuse the return. Forty quid for twenty quids worth of medication all because their pharmacy staff can't do their job right. Go to Boots instead - its round the corner and they actually know what they're doing. What a joke.
Second time in a row that I've spent over 15 minutes queueing for the pharmacy together adding to a long line of customers that kept building up, while the Superdrug pharmacist/adviser was chatting cheerfully at the back, serving no one at all for at least the time I was there. Both times someone from the queue said loudly that there're several customers waiting towhich the adviser responded "that's fine" but did not come out for another 5 minutes at least. Both times I ended up leaving the queue and going to another pharmacy. This time I was the first one to do it, last time I was the 3rd customer to give up on waiting for an employee to acknowledge my presence... Horrible, absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Went to the pharmacy in this store on 3rd Jan 2019 13:32 , stand in the front desk of the pharmacy for 15 min and no one come to serve us. We saw one staff behind the counter checking the drugs, after we say hello to the staff and get no reply. So we have to go to boots to get some medicine. The staff should be well trained before get a job.

This branch of superdrug is dreadful I tried to claim an o2 priority moments on the 18th of this month at 1.30pm offer but apparently none of the staff knew how to redeem the voucher the girl who I cannot remember her name shouted on one of her colleagues who also had no idea how to redeem this offer tried to claim the offer wasn't for their store even though it clearly said wellgate Dundee she then shouted on a colleague called Liz who said nope don't know what this is then shouted across the store frazer it's another one of them b****y voucher codes again he then said he will be back in a minute he then never returned and the younger girl said I don't think he really cares and isn't going to validate the code was too late by then and time had ran out they then said next time instead of coming to the till trying to get them to do something they don't know ask for a manager they then asked if I was going to buy the drink I said no and walked out they then started being cheeky amongst themselves about me on contacting head office they didn't seem to care this is not the only problems in this branch they have crisps priced at 10p with their reduced sticker price on them then if that price doesn't come up on the till they try and charge full price same with any product reduced they never give you it at the reduced price even when it clearly states it has been reduced maybe a report to trading standards would sort your poorly managed store out I'm sure they would like to know about your falsely advertised prices
