Very good, you can get everything you need but in the town centre. Always remember to bring your own long life bag. Quite away from the car park.

A very good range of toiletries and cosmetics - also sell lots of other things. Very good value for money. Lovely friendly staff. Open till 6pm - not 5.30pm like some other shops ! Very popular.

I always come here because the staff are always so welcoming, happy to help and seem to have a good knowledge on the products on offer. I've always been made to feel important and had my questions answered with excellent customer service. My only criticism is the layout of the shop makes it difficult to browse, especially during busy periods. The poor layout must also make it difficult for the staff to deter and catch theives.

Went in the Colchester store today a good service but Claire C who served me on the till opened a shampoo bottle whilst scaning everything I had in the basket . I hadn't realised when I got home 30 minutes later my carrier bag was covered in Shampoo . I'm not impressed with Claire C at all now she has reined my carrier bag .
